  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £30 within the UK.

  • Standard Shipping: £2.99 for orders under £50 (delivery in 3-5 business days).

  • International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • UK Deliveries: Standard shipping takes 1-2 business days; express shipping takes 24 hours.

  • International Deliveries: Delivery times vary by country, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. Customs processing may cause delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to only the UK through RoyalMail. However, some products may be restricted due to local regulations (e.g., certain ingredients or supplements).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • If customs refuse delivery and return the package, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or delayed:

  2. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide updates within 3 business days.

  3. If the package cannot be located, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
